The quick connector has been used in many occasions and has been frequently used in the construction machinery industry and auto parts production lines, and has been well received by users. Different types of connectors can be used on equipment such as hydraulic pipes or excavators, and although they are not good, they can exert great power at critical moments. So how to install the quick connector?
1. First weld the iron pipe to the arm with a pipe clamp. Connect the 90° joint below the iron pipe. Pay attention to the angle and kill it. Two hoses (A/B) of the connector cylinder.
2. After the iron pipe is welded firmly, the angle of the 90° joint is adjusted first, and the iron pipe is placed against the top of the iron pipe.
3. The pipeline hose (A/B) is connected with the wire correctly, and the boom pipe can be fastened with the cable tie.
4, switch connection method: do not need to divide the positive and negative poles, one will connect the solenoid valve body, the other is connected to the positive pole of the fire line, and is connected with the switch. In this process, it is important to note that the cylinder needs to be retracted when the switch is pulled up (opened). When closed, the solenoid valve is always in the oil supply state, and the cylinder needs to be opened to withstand the pin.
5, solenoid valve P / T connection: 6 ~ 7 pipe P / T port, solenoid valve p into the oil, take the pilot oil (walking high and low pressure, foot valve high and low pressure), solenoid valve T back to oil, back Hydraulic tank or return line. Solenoid valve A/B needs to connect two pipes of No. 4 boom. Walking high and low pressure P/T, need to connect the three methods separately: walking P high pressure oil into the solenoid valve P, walking T low pressure return oil to the solenoid valve T. In this case, everyone should pay attention to: the solenoid valve is not energized, and when the P port has oil, the A port is oiled.
After the pipelines are connected, it is important to find a suitable position for the solenoid valve. Before replacing the attachment, first remove the safety pin. After the replacement, insert the safety pin for protection. A safety pin protection device is required on each quick connector to ensure normal suspension operation in the event of a failure of the quick connector cylinder.
