Fault handling problem of fast connector

Causes:

1.There is a square valve block in the oil cylinder, check whether the valve core of the valve block is stuck.

2.Spool stuck with a small amount of hydraulic oil cleaning, there may be impurities blocked.

3.Check whether the control switch is power off and whether the power is intact.

4.Check the solenoid valve is intact, in the state of power, solenoid valve can not be closed.

5.Check whether the oil circuit is unobstructed, cut off the joint with the cylinder and pull the switch to see whether there is oil.

6.Check the oil cylinder for internal leakage.

7.Check the movable jaws for hard objects.

Problem 2. Cracking of safety pin, cylinder and housing?

1.Check whether the opening gear of the quick connector is consistent with the matching excavator. If not, replace it as soon as possible.

2.Check that the center distance between the quick connector and the fitting is consistent.

3.Check the crack site for defects and welding defects.

4.If the cracking is not serious, the v-groove shall be polished at the cracking place and welded by secondary welding.

5.Check cracking is too heavy, produce deformation to replace in time.

Problem 3. Can't hang on the fitting

1. Check whether the center distance of the quick connector is consistent with that of the fitting.

2. Check whether the safety pin positioning hole is accurate

3. Check whether the contact between the movable jaw and the safety pin is broken

4. Check whether the reversing valve is damaged and there is internal leakage

If the customer is in a hurry to switch the crushing hammer or the loosener/vibrator/wood grabber, in the case of no action of the quick connector, you can manually connect the two oil pipes on the oil cylinder interchangeably, then you can solve the pressing danger!
